Since the CMS collaboration loves to use abbreviations, I decided to collect them.

   * RPC - Resistive Plate Chambers 
   * CSC - Cathode Strip Chambers 
   * CASTOR - Centauro And Strange Object Research (this is a calorimeter)

   * HLT - High Level Trigger 
   * DQM- Data Quality Monitoring 
   * DCS - Detector Control System
